We want everything that happens in CFC to be birthed out of and steeped in prayer. It is only through God breathing and moving that we will see breakthrough in our lives, families, church, towns, cities and the nations. We want to encourage and support a rhythm of prayer for individuals personally and together as a church and also to provide opportunities to receive prayer from others.
With the continuing global instability all around us, we believe it is more important than ever for us as a church family to keep praying.
We have a monthly in-person prayer meeting on the second Monday of every month at 7:30pm in the CFC Cafe.
The Bible tells us that the prayers of a righteous person are powerful and effective.
Your prayers can make a difference, please join us!
You can pre-book a prayer appointment to take place on the phone with members of our trained team. If you click this link, you will be contacted by one of our prayer team to arrange the appointment.
Every week we send a prayer request email to our members asking them to pray for specific needs in our community. If you wish for your prayer request to be added to our weekly email then please let us know via the link below.
Sozo is an inner healing and freedom ministry aimed to get to the root of issues and to increase your connection with God. We are currently running in-person or online appointments through Zoom.
As a church, setting aside time in our calendar to focus on prayer and fasting and to seek God as a community is a vital part of our yearly rhythm. We have a week of prayer in January and September each year. For each week, details will be announced on Sundays and shared in our Friday email and online. Go to thisiscfc.com/prayerandfasting for more information.
Prayer Clinic provides an opportunity to receive in-depth prayer for any type of healing – physical, emotional and spiritual. Starting with a time of worship, we then break into small groups for individual prayer. Those who come for prayer can be assured of a safe and confidential environment and that all team members are trained and accountable to CFC Ministry Leadership. It is open to everyone. We meet on the first Thursday of each month at 8pm in the Ark Room in CFC East. Registration is required, so keep an eye out on the What's On page of our website for that coming up.
We run a number of different prayer meetings throughout the year where we come together corporately to pray, worship and seek God for breakthrough. These meetings are open to anyone and are often at various times of the day. Keep an eye on our church calendar for upcoming events.
