Following on from our 100 days of prayer leading up to Easter, we want to continue to pray for an awakening across our world but also for an outpouring of God’s power in the midst of the Coronavirus crisis, His breakthrough and His Spirit as we look towards Pentecost Sunday on Sunday 31 May.
To help us do this, we are starting and ending the month of May with two weeks of 24/7 prayer in our virtual prayer room. The next is on Monday 25 - Sunday 31 May.
This is such an important time to pray either as individuals, a family, a group of friends or a Connect Group. We'd love you sign up for an hour and when you do, you will be provided with resources to help guide your prayers. (In signing up you are committing to praying for that hour but if you are praying as a group you will need to organise another way to join together online from your individual houses e.g. Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp).
From Monday 25 - Sunday 31 May there is also a week of 24/7 worship running at the same time. We are encouraging worshippers to sign up to an hour of worship, to lift your voices and give thanks to God for His mercy and goodness and to raise the name of Jesus over our land.
During this season you can also pre-book a 10 minute prayer appointment to take place after the Sunday service over Zoom with two members of our trained team.
During our online services on Sunday you can privately chat to and pray with a member of our Pastoral and Prayer Teams via our online chat forum. This is available every Sunday between 10am and 11.30am.
Every week we send a prayer request email to our members asking them to pray for specific needs in our community. If you wish for your prayer request to be added to our weekly email then please let us know via the link below.
Sozo is an inner healing and freedom ministry aimed to get to the root of issues and to increase your connection with God. We are currently running online appointments through Zoom.
Prayer Clinic provides an opportunity to receive in-depth prayer for any type of healing – physical, emotional and spiritual. Starting with a time of worship, we then break into small groups for individual prayer. Those who come for prayer can be assured of a safe and confidential environment and that all team members are trained and accountable to CFC Ministry Leadership. It is open to everyone. No appointment is necessary but it operates on a first come first served basis. We meet on the first Thursday of each month at 8pm in the Ark Room in CFC East.
We run a number of different prayer meetings throughout the year where we come together corporately to pray, worship and seek God for breakthrough. These meetings are open to anyone and are often at various times of the day. Keep an eye on our church calendar for upcoming events.
