We offer support for a wide range of areas such as anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, bereavement, and relationship issues. Anchor is equipped to offer services to individual adults (18+) and couples.
We adhere to the Code of Ethics and Practice set forward by the Association of Christian Counsellors and ensure ongoing training and development for our counsellors as well clinical supervision for them.
We are based at 179 Holywood Road and offer sessions from Monday to Friday, with sessions available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings.
