Our qualified counsellors offer an opportunity to address issues including persistent low mood, bereavement, stress and anxiety, abuse issues, low self esteem. We work with individuals, couples, children and young people.
We adhere to the Code of Ethics and Practice set forward by the Association of Christian Counsellors and ensure ongoing training and development for our counsellors as well clinical supervision for them.
We are based at 179 Holywood Road and offer sessions from Monday to Friday, with sessions available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings.
