All our services will be socially distanced, with a limited seating capacity available depending upon the size of our venues. We will provide hand sanitisers on entry into the building and forehead temperature readings will be checked on arrival. Please be aware that if your temperature is over 37.8C, we cannot allow you to attend the service.
Face masks will be required for everyone attending the service over the age of 13, unless medically exempt. Please provide your own mask.
If you, or a member of your household are feeling in any way unwell, you should not attend. Also, if you have been in recent contact with someone who has been diagnosed with Covid 19 please do not come to the service unless you have either tested negative or completed the recommend period for self isolation.
There will be a one-way system in operation. Lift facilities will be available on entry and exit for those who require it.
Doors will open 20 minutes before the service starts.
Our chairs will be individually spaced, so that everyone feels included. We will fill from the front of the room to the back of the room.
We are now able to provide kids work during some of our services. Each child needs to be booked in to attend. Children are also welcome to attend main services. They will need to be booked in and will remain with parent / carer throughout the service whilst adhering to social distancing guidelines.
Singing quietly during the service will be permitted for those wearing masks. We kindly ask that if you are unable to wear a mask, then please refrain from singing.
Whilst toilet facilities will be available, we ask that they are only used if necessary, adhering to the guidelines whilst doing so, including using sanitiser before entering and maintaining social distancing while queueing.
No refreshments will be provided before or after the service.
We have cleaning procedures in pace for the building, before, between and after services
Thank you in advance for your understanding in complying with these guidelines.
