Christmas at CFC
Christmas is coming and as a church family we want to bless our community this season. Keep an eye out on our websitesocial media and in our Sunday services over the coming weeks for more information!

Women as Leaders in Church
We are so delighted to have Dr Gary Burnett with us on the 22nd November as we think about Women in leadership. This will take the form of Gary introducing the concept, then opening the floor to questions, then back to Gary for a bit of teaching, then move into a time for more questions. The aim is to take a conversational, involved and respectful look at this topic which is so important to us at CFC.

CFC Member's Meeting
We will be holding a CFC member's meeting in the auditorium in East on Thursday 2nd December. More information will follow, but for now please pop the date in your diary!

A Time of Public Remembrance
East Belfast Churches Network is holding a time of Public Remembrance for lives lost during the Covid-19 pandemic. The event will consist of music, readings, and a silent time of remembrance. The aim of this event is to give encouragement and support to all who mourn and also give an opportunity to celebrate the lives of those we have lost. It will be held in CS Lewis Square on 21st November at 2pm. Pre-registation is essential, please click here to do so.

Soul Food
CFC’s Soul Food ministry allows us to provide a healthy, nutritious meal to individuals and families going through difficult times and is a very practical way of showing the kindness and compassion of God. Our supplies are currently low and we would appreciate your help at this time in replenishing the freezer. If you are able to help, please click here to email Garath Baxter.

Men’s Winter Clothing
As a church, we support groups working with asylum seekers and rough sleepers. We’ve been asked for donations of men’s winter clothing. If you have coats, hats, gloves, scarves, jumpers that you no longer use, please donate them to church and we will distribute to the organisations. You can leave them in to the church offices between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Sozo is an inner healing and freedom ministry aimed to get to the root of issues and to increase your connection with God. We are currently running online appointments through Zoom. Click
here for more information and to request a Sozo appointment.

In CFC we want to work towards building a community where no one feels alone in the crowd. If you would like to be part of a Connect Group click here for more information and to sign up for a group.
