Hi everyone, we hope you are well! Welcome to this week's edition of CFC News!
Here are some details of what's on and what's coming up as we continue to connect online, including a video update from our Senior Pastor, Owen Crane.

CFC Antrim are back on Wednesday's at 7:30pm on Zoom and SLC meet online on Friday evenings at 7:30pm. 
TOGETHER is CFC South's All Church Gathering and will meet on Zoom at 7:30pm on 19th August. Click here to contact Laura for more information. 



Cafe Church in CFC East are going to 'get together' for some chat and craic via Zoom on Tuesday 28 July from 7:30-8:30pm.

Dust, Scars and the Image of God // 19th July 2020 
Every Sunday morning at 10am join us on Facebook or YouTube for our online church service, which includes worship and a message from the team.
This Sunday our speaker will be our SLC Pastor, Adam McCormick.



This week's Mental Health Monday focus was on how to support someone in grief.

We all want to have a great relationship with our spouse or spouse-to-be! 
CFC regularly hold Marriage and Pre-Marriage Courses aimed at helping couples invest in each other and build those strong and healthy relationships. The courses planned for this season were cancelled, but you can still ‘attend’ a course online through HTB (the church who designed Alpha). Click here to find out more about the courses and to sign up.

Food Banks have been doing an amazing job during the past three months serving their communities and going over and above to help many, many people. 
CFC support three Food Banks where supplies are running low.
If you can offer any help, please see the information below:
 
The Larder (East Belfast)
Drop food into St Christopher’s in Mersey Street at the following times:
Tuesday 10-11am or Thursday 7-8pm or give via JustGiving click here
The church kitchen at CFC East (just off the car-park at the back of the Strandtown building) will be open for donations to The Larder from 9am-10:30am on Wednesdays. 
 
Food Bank (Antrim)
Drop in food to Oasis, 10D High Street, Antrim or donate by clicking here

Food Bank (South Belfast)

Update on Christianity in Laos
For many years the Laos Government heavily persecuted Christians and many were tortured and lost their lives as a result. Now, in an amazing answer to prayer, the Government are changing the law and approving Christianity. Click herefor more info from our partners, Ethnos Asia.
